Forge, BLACKSMITH Model “P/E” - 1 Burner

The P/E forge is the most popular and appreciated Blacksmith forge all over Europe thanks to its external compact dimensions, that are combined with an internal chamber able to hold horseshoes up to the bigger European sizes. Equipped with one burner, it is able to satisfy all the needs of everyday work and more. Thanks to all of its features it gives you more than one reason to become your new partner. The refractory material takes the temperature limit pushed up to 1600°C. This means that “monetarily translated” is intended to cut of the gas consumption. What brings this refractory really innovative is not only the high temperature limit, but its structure and its employment. You will see that the lateral sides and the roof are made by a unique, singular piece. There are no slots between the wall and the other so the warm has not ways to leak. The solidity of the structure also benefits from this innovation and the replacement of the internal coating will be so easy in the future. Τhe forge has been entrusted to a  certifying authority with the aim to provide a product compliant to rules and regulations in force, not only in a self-certification system, but the supervision and approval of an European-accredited certification authority. In designing, building and preparing these forges a series of technical regulations have been used as a reference to meet the requirements of the workplace safety regulations in force. The construction in metal structure is also innovative.The minimum of welding points have been used and been replaced where possible with bends and joints points. These features combined with the quality painting process give to this forge a long-lasting life and resistance.
