Shipping Methods & Costs

Completing your purchase, we offer you 2 shipping methods to choose the one that serves you best:

1. Collection from our shop

You can pick up your order from our physical shop during the days and hours of operation, i.e. MONDAY - FRIDAY 09: 00-17: 00. Receipt of your order from our shop is not charged with shipping costs and unless a product is not available, it can be done even on the same day.

2. Shipping by courier or transport company

Our products are shipped with ACS courier company. In some cases where the shipment with ACS is unprofitable due to the large volume or weight of the order, then the shipment is made with transport companies. e-petalo.gr does not bear any responsibility after the delivery of the products to the transport companies for any loss or destruction due to the fault of the transport company.

The calculation of the transport via ACS Courier or transport company and the estimated delivery time, is detailed as follows:

Attica, Other Land Destinations (except Thessaloniki) and Islands

For each order up to 4 kg in volume, the shipping cost for shipping with ACS is € 4.10. For each additional kg (over 4 kgs) +1.40 €. The cost of cash on delivery is € 1.80.

Estimated delivery time 24 - 48 hours for Attica and Other Land Destinations and 48 - 72 hours for islands or as defined by the delivery policy of ACS.

Shipping parcels by transport company is charged, € 6.00 per parcel for Athens and Other Land Destinations, € 10.00 per parcel for the Attica Basin and € 10.00 per parcel for islands. There is no charge from e-petalo.gr, if you choose your own transport company, which will pick up your order from the shop. Also with an additional charge of € 3.70 per parcel, we can send your parcel to any transport company that serves and resides or has a branch in the county of Thessaloniki.

Estimated delivery time with transport companies 1 - 5 working days.

Thessaloniki

For each order up to 4 kg in volume, the shipping cost for shipping with ACS is € 3.50. For each additional kg (over 4 kgs) +0.90 €. The cost of cash on delivery is € 1.80.

Estimated delivery time 24 - 48 or as defined by ACS delivery policy.

Shipping parcels by transport company is charged, € 3.70 per parcel. There is no charge from e-petalo.gr, if you choose your own transport company, which will pick up your order from the shop.

Estimated delivery time with transport companies 1 - 3 working days.

Inaccessible areas (PO or DC)

For each order up to 4 kg in volume, the shipping cost for shipping with ACS is € 5.50. For each additional kg (over 4 kgs) +1.60 €. The cost of cash on delivery is € 1.80.

Estimated delivery time 3 - 5 working days or as defined by ACS delivery policy.

Shipping parcels by transport company is charged, € 12.00 per parcel. There is no charge from e-petalo.gr, if you choose your own transport company, which will pick up your order from the shop.

Estimated delivery time with transport companies 5 - 7 working days.

Cyprus

Shipments to Cyprus are made with ACS Cyprus Economy service. The charges depending on the kgs of the order are those shown in the table below.

Estimated delivery time 5 - 7 business days or as defined by ACS delivery policy.

Shipping parcels by transport company costs € 28.50 per parcel. There is no charge from e-petalo.gr, if you choose your own transport company, which will pick up your order from the shop.

Estimated delivery time with transport companies 7 - 10 working days.

For parcels larger than 30 kgs to Cyprus, for shipping with a transport company or for ACS Net Express service (express shipping, 2-3 working days), please contact us at info@e-petalo.gr

Shipments outside Greece, Bulgaria

For shipments outside Greece or Bulgaria or for the ACS Net Express service (express shipping), please contact us at info@e-petalo.gr and we will send you in your e-mail the exact amount of shipping costs, within 48 hours of placing your order.

 It should be emphasized that transport costs are always defined by the pricing policy of each transport company, e-petalo.gr cooperates with. These partners are solely responsible for shipping charges, which may change prices at any time.

e-petalo.gr takes all the necessary measures for the timely transfer of the order to the customer, within the basic delivery schedule of each transport company. It is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the products when unbalanced factors or force majeure enter the process. Indicatively, it is not responsible for delivery delays due to loading-unloading intermediates, means of transport strikes or other types of strikes and reasons that affect the movement of goods. Neither the time of arrival nor the exact time of delivery of the products can be guaranteed, as they depend on the transport companies e-petalo cooperates with. In case of any delays, e-petalo.gr will make every effort to contact you either by e-mail or phone, in order to state if you wish, under these circumstances, the completion of your order.
