Description
BABI-CUFFS are designed to help correct flexural deformities in foals and young horses.
The unique design of a Babi-Cuff offers universal applications. Contracted or collapsed tendons, valgus deviations and medial/lateral hoof growth deformities.
- Extension of the heel
- Extension of the lateral side
- Extension of the medial side
- Extension of the toe
The shoe is basically a cuff with four elastomeric polyurethane extension moulded upon a small steel eggbar which provides stability and support and allows adjustment. Simply trim and rasp the extensions that are not required.
The shoes are fitted with either polyurethane, acrylic, or epoxy adhesives.
The cuffs do not come supplied with glue. Vettec Adhere or Superfast to glue on Babicuffs is highly recomended.
